Gregory W. Kort is the Principal, Complex Property Appraisal and a member of the Case Resolution Team with a special focus on complex industrial properties. Greg is an active member of IPT and has achieved the CMI designation.

He joined Popp Gray & Hutcheson in April of 2007 after appraising industrial property for nine years while at American Appraisal Associates. Greg has valuation experiences in ad valorem tax, purchase price allocation, and studies for fair market value in continued use and in exchange. Properties he has appraised include petroleum refineries, chemical plants, electric power generation facilities, pipelines, and personal property. He graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1994, earning a B.S. in chemical engineering and received his MBA from DeVry University in 2002.
