Melissa (Missy) Ramirez graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in English and Anthropology in 1997. In 2000, she earned her JD from The University of Texas School of Law and was admitted to the Texas State Bar. Missy previously practiced with the Austin law firm Lloyd Gosselink Blevins Rochelle & Townsend in the area of public utilities regulation. Since joining Popp, Gray & Hutcheson, Missy has focused on retail, hotel, banking and other commercial properties. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.

Missy is originally from South Texas. She enjoys running, cooking, cheering for both Irish and Longhorn football, and traveling with her husband, Chris.
