Michael J. Shalley, Jr. is the Principal, Administrative Appeals for the firm and a member of the Case Resolution Team.

Michael attended Florida State University earning his degrees in Finance and Real Estate. Michael started his career in property tax consulting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a Big Four Accounting Firm's National Property Tax Practice. After seven years with the Big Four National Property Tax Practice, Michael served as a Senior Manager and Practice Leader for their Washington D.C. Region.

Michael received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Urban Planning and Development from George Washington University. Michael has spoken for Lorman Educational Services on Property Taxation and he is an active member in National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute, Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Michael has represented clients in both real and personal property tax matters and appeals in Texas, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, California and Washington D.C.
