Rachel Schneider received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2007 and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University in May of 2009. Prior to joining Popp, Gray & Hutcheson, Rachel worked in commercial appraisal, and is experienced in valuing retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and agricultural properties. Rachel is also an active member of ULI, ICSC, and the Texas Aggie Real Estate Network.
