Sebastian Rodrigano graduated high school in Villa Regina, a small town in southern Argentina. In 1994 he immigrated to the United States to attend college. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 with a degree in chemical engineering.

After College, Mr. Rodrigano was employed by Capitol Appraisal Group as an engineer appraiser and was charged with valuing a diverse range of industrial facilities, some of them valued in the billion dollar range, for ad valorem tax purposes.

He joined Popp Gray & Hutcheson, PLLC in September, 2005 as the first member and Principal of the industrial property tax practice. The industrial group is now five strong and represents some of the world's largest oil, gas and chemical companies on their property tax matters.

Mr. Rodrigano is a resident of Austin along with his wife Molly and son Matthew, the first native Texan in the family.
