Sebastian Rodrigano is the Director of Complex Property Appeals and a member of the Case Resolution Team with a special focus on complex industrial properties.

He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999, earning a B.S in Chemical Engineering. He joined Popp, Gray & Hutcheson in September of 2005 after appraising industrial property for ad valorem purposes for six years with Capital Appraisal Group. His experience includes appraisal of a wide range of industrial properties, including semiconductor facilities, petroleum refineries and chemical plants valued at billions of dollars. Sebastian provides a unique understanding of both the assessor's and the private appraisal firm's perspective in property appraisal, and taking particular pride in finding long term solutions to clients' property tax problems.

Sebastian loves the outdoors. He successfully completed the Pike's Peak Marathon in 2006 before changing his focus to triathalons.
