Carol Dancy is the Paralegal Manager with Kevin Sullivan’s practice team, focusing on big-box retail properties and hotels. She joined the firm in 2012 and has over 20 years of legal experience in both the public and private sectors, including appellate, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Carol manages the litigation and administrative docket for the team, assembles necessary documents for protest hearings, and coordinates settlement conferences and mediations.

Carol graduated summa cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, California, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
