Colleen Lowry joined the firm in 2007 as Popp Hutcheson’s Records Administrator. She joined the firm’s Operations Department in 2016. She is now a Manager on the Operations Team, focusing on data management and the filing of the firm’s protests and lawsuits.

Colleen works closely with the Operations Team to provide training and support. She communicates regularly with all departments of the firm and enjoys building relationships with appraisal district personnel.
