David Castillo is a skilled manager and the firm’s Database Developer.  With over two decades of experience in the technology industry, David’s career started at AMD during the era of the gigahertz race between AMD and Intel in the 1990s.

Following his tenure at AMD, David continued to build his expertise in database programming, serving as the Database Administrator for both the Texas Association of Counties and the Texas Medical Association.  As a skilled programmer/administrator, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage complex databases and streamline operations, making him an asset to any organization.

Leveraging his diverse range of programming skill sets, David joined Popp Hutcheson in 2010.  Over the years, he has continued to expand his knowledge and expertise, most notably by completing his studies at the Austin Coding Academy and adding Full Stack Web Development to his already impressive resume.  David’s dedication to ongoing learning and professional development reflects his commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional results for his clients.
