Frank Slaughter joined Popp Hutcheson in 2019, and he has over 19 years of commercial real estate valuation and property tax appeal experience on portfolios with national exposure. His primary area of concentration has been hospitality, but Frank also has extensive experience in office, retail, industrial, multi-family, complex property valuation, business personal property, and appeal issues/resolution. Frank is involved in the “Start to Finish” property tax process in Texas which includes pre-acquisition reporting, property tax budgeting, valuation and appeal execution, and supporting litigation proceedings.

Frank also leads the Popp Hutcheson Client Connection Committee that is focused on insuring PH personnel maintain the highest level of client interaction, client communication, and client retention. Frank’s experience over the last 15 years of working with and collaborating with some of the largest commercial real estate owners gives him great insight into client relationships and how to grow and improve that relationship. Frank has experience managing portfolios of commercial real estate assets in all 50 states, with some experience in Canada as well.

Frank is a graduate of American Intercontinental University and a Veteran of 7 ½ years of the United States Marine Corp. Frank achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5) in the USMC. Frank is a registered Sr. Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas.
