Mary Pickett is a Manager and Paralegal at Popp Hutcheson PLLC.  She works closely with Mark Hutcheson, the Managing Partner on the Case Resolution Team.  

Mary joined the firm in 2019 with over 20 years of paralegal experience at the trial and appellate court levels.  She has extensive experience working on cases at all levels and in her career has attended trials at the state and federal level.  She manages a caseload of hotels, office and big box properties in various counties throughout the state of Texas.  Mary is well-versed in the firm’s practice, communicates regularly with clients, tax consultants, court personnel and appraisal district personnel.  She is involved with all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice, from the lawsuit decision-making process through resolution. She is an active participant in settlement conferences, hearings, mediations, and trials. Mary has also conducted in-house training courses on litigation filings, discovery and electronic filing procedures. 

Mary received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas Tech University and completed her paralegal coursework at Southern Paralegal Institute in Houston, Texas.  She is a member of the Capital Area Paralegal Association and the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division.
