Patricia Gullatt,

Principal

Patricia (Pat) Gullatt is a principal overseeing the firm’s Operations Department. Her 25 years with the firm provides a wealth of experience in all aspects of property tax and litigation. She serves on the firm’s Culture and Education Committee and its Logistics Committee. In addition, she created “A Year in the Life of an Account” to help onboard new team members.

In her role as head of the Operations Department, Pat oversees the filing of the firm’s protests, provides documentary support for administrative hearings, and coordinates the timely and accurate filing of lawsuits.

Pat is a Certified Legal Assistant, and she attended The University of Texas, where she also earned her paralegal certification.
